Angela Purvis

With over 17 years of experience in selling real estate in the greater Charlotte Metro area, Angela brings a depth of experience and knowledge to the business. Her energy and enthusiasm shows in her commitment to every client’s unique and individual needs, which is reflected in high customer satisfaction ratings. She is a strong negotiator and excellent strategist, which earned her the Titan Club award, Top Teams in the Southeast, Top 15% Nationwide, and she is a RE/MAX International Hall of Fame Recipient.
Angela works with residential and investment clients, as well as in commercial real estate and has been instrumental in commercial real estate transactions in the area. She has formed and successfully led Team Purvis for 8 years and is a certified luxury home marketing specialist and Council of Residential Specialists (top 3% in US).
Angela lives and raised her family in Davidson and is well connected in the local community which has become synonymous with her success. In her time off she enjoys staging and remodeling homes, teeing off in golf, scuba diving and spending time with family, friends and her dog Lily.

A real estate professional since 2006, Andrea relocated from CT to North Carolina in 2015. She is a full time Real Estate Broker with Team Purvis and holds an active license in both states.
Andrea’s experience includes working with buyers and sellers of luxury Homes, working with European and Asian clients, and managing multi-million dollar building projects. Andrea was featured twice in the Real Estate section of “The Advocate”, a CT newspaper.
Andrea is a dedicated and proactive Realtor, and well versed in the markets she serves. She prides herself in providing an unparalleled level of personalized service, attention to detail, and the highest level of integrity to every client. Her clients especially appreciate her dedication, guidance, and responsive approach to their real estate needs.
Austrian native Andrea is bilingual, a native German speaker. She enjoys the outdoors, scuba diving and spending time with her two boys.

Jamie Purvis has been in the Real Estate business since 2015. He has been working alongside his wife and business partner and together they successfully lead and manage Team Purvis Real Estate. They are recipients of many industry accolades, some of which are the Top 3% National award, Chairman’s Club award, Top Team in the Southeast, and RE/MAX International Hall of Fame.
Jamie has a passion for his clients and puts them at ease with his easy-going demeanor, and in-depth knowledge of the real estate market. His strength is to listen to clients and to counsel them through the home selling and buying process, which sometimes can be a taxing experience. He is also well versed in the mortgage industry.
Jamie’s clients know him to go above and beyond, which earned him a lot of repeat business and helped build lasting relationships with many clients. He is well connected in the local community and beyond, having grown up in Moore County and currently residing in Mecklenburg County, in the Lake Norman area. He is a member of the Canopy MLS as well as the Triad MLS.
In his time off Jamie enjoys deep sea fishing, horseback riding but mostly spending quality time with family and friends. Sometimes he likes to joke that he is Batman and if people didn’t know about his great sense of humor, they would actually believe him.
John Kohler

John was born and raised in McDowell County, graduating from McDowell Early College with an Associates Degree at the age of 18. He started working in the construction industry at the age of 16 and starting his own remodeling company at the age of 21. At 23 he achieved his Residential and Commercial General Contractors license. Receiving his Real Estate license shortly after at the age of 24.
John’s company mostly focuses on multi-family renovations and residential remodels, with experience and knowledge in many of the trades. His experience working construction gives him a better understanding of the homes he is showing, being able to tell quality craftsmanship. Also allowing him to stay up to date on what is trending in the areas. Customer service is his specialty, he works all day and all night to help his clients and customers with all of their needs.
John enjoys traveling in his free time, visiting family in Germany often. He is a big dog lover, having two dogs, Tucker (Lab) and Cooper (Mastiff) with his fiance. The beach is where he feels relaxed, but work is where he feels comfortable.
